Support to activate one's own strengths and possibilities
Support for the development of one's own, appropriate solutions

What Coaching is not
Coaching is not psychotherapy.
It does not analyse a person, but deals with the working world of a person or a team in a solution focused manner.
It does not provide recipes for problems and their solutions. The customer (who may also be a working team) is responsible for the topics, issues and problems which are brought up, and also for their solutions. The coach supports the search for adequate solutions.
Benefit and Objectives of Coaching
Awareness and development of one's own resources
Expanding perspectives, finding new courses of action
Questioning a situation facilitates clarification and relief
Support of target work for lasting implementation of chosen strategies and measures.
Developing solution possibilities
Analysis of behavioural role leads to better communication and cooperation as conflicts are clarified and resolved.
Coaching provides relief in difficult work situations and enhances professional and personal competences.
For example to improve the team cooperation; the dealing with difficult customers or difficult cases; or to exchange best practise examples from different business locations
Individual Coaching: for example Executive Coaching
